Walgreens:Super Trip! August 30, 2008

I posted about the $10/40 coupon good at Walgreens on August 29th & 30th, and just couldn't resist a trip there myself. I actually needed a few things that would help me get my total to the $40 without buying a bunch of stuff I didn't need so that really helped. I was a little nervous when the cashier gave me my total of more than $80, so I handed over the coupons and hoped that my calculations were about right and that it would be around $35. Here's what I bought:

I also had my $10/40 coupon and my total had to remain above $40 after coupons and sales to be able to use it, so the $10 coupon brought my total down to $32.56. After tax of $5.04 my final total was $37.60.

I received a $2 Register Reward to use like money on future Walgreens purchases because of my Huggies diapers purchase.

The following items were also Free-After-Rebate items for the month of September and once I submit my rebate information I will receive the full price of these back plus an additional 10% since I will have it loaded back onto my Walgreens giftcard:
